He claims a general 30 decibel improvement (which is pretty dramatic), these claims have been made for a decade or two, yet it's not widely known about.

Nov 23, 2019 · To FGG: In March I was prescribed Azithromycin for bronchitis and it spiked my tinnitus so severely that I did not think I could finish the 5 day course. It was so loud that it nearly blocked out most of the sound reception in my left ear.

That said, I've seen over and over again various regulatory agencies (FDA, etc.) and conventional medicine journals and articles constantly poo pooing almost any kind of vitamin, herb, etc.
