Elves have a closer relationship between their souls and their body - they have less urges to overeat and better control over the functions and shape of their bodies.

Mar 1, 2018 · I'm not even sure if their metabolism runs faster, I think it just runs more efficiently. For example, lambas. Several pieces was barely enough for a Hobbit per day, yet could sustain an elf for more. That doesn't seem to be a question of speed, more efficiency. So yes technically, maybe they could get fat, but I doubt it would happen.

Elves and Men are biologically the same species, only their spirits are different, so theoretically anything a Man can become such as fat, or really muscular or whatever an elf could be or become. I would say overweight elves would be rarer then overweight Men since they would lack any of the many diseases that result in excessive weight gain ...

Jul 23, 2016 · Well, given the daily physical activities of my ancient elves, it's not really possible for them to get fat I think. There are fat modern elves however. But the percentage is pretty low. There's like one fat elf in the Council.
