Nov 3, 2024 · I own both the bataleon astro full wraps and asym wrap bindings. Both are very responsive bindings with the fullwrap being a little stiffer/more responsive. Excellent bindings with many pros and a few cons.

Dec 16, 2024 · The Astro Fullwrap are best suited to those who have stiffer boards and need stiff bindings to drive those boards hard. They are for those that like to bomb and really lay their carves over and need a binding that will support high speed aggressive carving and just high speed in general.

The Bataleon Astro Asym Wrap has a very easy flex underfoot that is on par with many of the best true mini-disc bindings when it comes to allowing the board to be itself when turning, especially buttering.

The full wrap on the cleavers really allow you to drive into turns with a ton of power and the carbon in the high back rebounds quicker. I feel like you can drive with katanas but the play in the binding is noticeable, comparatively.
