Jan 24, 2023 · Hi, I cannot turn on iMessages in settings as it is greyed out and it happened after I updated to iOS 16 a year ago. When updates have been released it is still greyed out and the same goes with FaceTime I also cannot turn it on. I hope that someone can help me and point me in the right direction.

Oct 14, 2021 · I have ONE and only one contact that when I go to call him from an iMessage thread, it defaults to FaceTime Audio. No matter what I do, I just can't seem to change this to default to Voice Call. I've deleted the email on his contact but that didn't work.
