It is a big step up, but if you're responsible, you'll be fine. I'd look out for a Gen 2 as they have fuel injection and look better IMO.

    Nov 7, 2004 · All comes down to price point. Fortunately, you can jump over to racetech and buy some new springs, valves, etc. The braking issue can be solved with a Galfer kit. The FZ6 will never be as quick as your CBR600RR, but it's way more comfortable . . . .and with a little work, and not a lot of cash, it'll be just as fun.
