Jun 10, 2020 · Both have gas regulators, but It is worth noting FN will try and tell you it’s not to be used for suppressors. In fact, suppressing a scar will void the warrantee whereas the Tavor is made to be run suppressed. Currently running my Scar with a nightforce FFP 1-8 and the Tavor with a fixed 7.62 Acog. Either way you can’t go wrong.

Aug 5, 2019 · SCAR 16s, and 17s are now being produced in both the US, and Belgium. The markings style is the easiest way to tell from a distance. There are pictures in other threads, but basically the 16s/17s that are US made have markings in the same style as the SCAR 20s.

Jan 3, 2020 · I agree that the SCAR ADM Mount is a great choice, I have two friends using it. I personally prefer the SCAR Bobro mounts. I have 7 Bobro SCAR mounts and have had numerous friends switch to Bobro SCAR mount on theirs and other monolithic designs. My closest friends and I all have SCAR’s, LMT’s and new Sig Virtus using the SCAR Bobro mounts.
