Feb 18, 2013 · This is an FN LAR {Light Automatic Rifle} (aka FAL) in .308 match. [Serial #25039xx] It is the standard configuration (model #50.00) with a 21 inch barrel and fixed synthetic stock. It was made by Fabrique Nationale Herstal in Belgium and imported by Browning. The distributor was Gun South in Trussville, Alabama.

Feb 10, 2025 · The metal is very good. There is no wear on the bluing. One tiny scratch on the left side of the barrel that is hardly visible. The wood has no scratches, cracks or chips. Wood has a few very small handling marks if you look very close. Gun is marked "Made in Belgium". The butt plate is hard rubber or plastic and marked "FN" and “Browning”.
