SVG files are mainly used by people who cut things such as vinyl decals or heat transfer vinyl designs to press onto shirts, hats, etc. I think the majority of people who use SVG files are importing them into the design software associated with Silhouette or Cricut cutting machines (I personally use Silhouette Studio).

Jun 18, 2023 · I’m selling digital downloads on Etsy and i’m trying to figure out which is more desirable. It seems like most people sell PNG files. The only problem I’m having is that the PNG file (44MB) is so large compared to JPEG (6MB) and Etsy does not allow you to upload a file that’s over 20MB.
