Aug 28, 2019 · My most recent reviews (randomly it seems) in the last couple of days aren't being put on the home page or item page. I've had 2 reviews today that showed up on my feed but I can't find them on the item or home page.

I have great reviews, but I don't think Etsy should be putting them on each listing. They are very distracting, clutter up the page and make it difficult for the customer to read the item specifics. I imagine it must make it even more difficult for those who are on their cell phone. I think they should keep the listings clean and simple for buyers.

Mar 23, 2022 · Leaving reviews for buyers was removed on both Ebay and Etsy for the same reason. If sellers received a negative review, they would use their review of the buyer to leave "revenge" negative feedback back. It became more than a bit ridiculous. Ebay solved that by only allowing positive feedback of the buyer, meaning feedback on Ebay is meaningless.

Dec 17, 2020 · Etsy states in their TOUS that they will only remove negative reviews under certain circumstances, hopefully you read those rules before selling here. Being upset and pissed off and venting to your customer only makes it worse and never ever will it make it better.

I think "Recommended" is the default setting and a Buyer has to actively select "Newest" to see the current Reviews. But how the Algorithm decides what is "Recommended" is a mystery and may vary depending on individual past search history. When I look at your Shop Reviews "Recommended" is the default but I see 5 Star Reviews on Page One
