At its height, the Empire spanned across the entire continent of Tamriel, and administered feudal control through the nine provinces, and the maritime holdings of Cathnoquey, Esroniet, Yneslea and Roscrea, and briefly on Akavir, with an Emperor or Empress acting as supreme ruler.
