Nov 14, 2022 · Microsoft updated Outlook, moving the navigation icons to the side of the window instead of the bottom "for a more consistent experience". I don't want a more consistent experience -- I want the space back. How can I move the navigation icons back to the bottom, so it doesn't squeeze the content?

Feb 26, 2021 · It updated Outlook and moved my email, calendar, and people icons from the bottom of the folder pane to a separate bar to the left of the folder pane. They also added icons for Office apps. I don't need icons to Office apps in Outlook--if I need to open one of those apps, I'll use the icons in my Windows taskbar. But that's a minor issue.
