Aug 4, 2006 · no you need to use a civic lx or dx wiring harness since the b20 is non vtec not unless you are doing franstein swap where can run b20block with gsr or b16 head swap then you use 99 civic si or intergra wirng harness ecu from which ever head you use. I'm pretty sure I can disable vtec in crome-pro.

Apr 18, 2006 · 1. ebay isnt a great place to buy performance parts, as many are cheap knockoffs of the real thing, and are of poor quality. of the mods you listed, nothing but an intake manifold is worth getting for a stock b20.

Jul 22, 2009 · Swapping B20 into your 'EK'... Use an intake manifold from a B18B (94-97/98-01 Integra) non-vtec engine. B18B headers also 'fit' - tho the bolt pattern at the catalytic converter is off set.

B20 swap with B16/B16B/B18CR trans in a hatch is a crazy fun and dead simple swap. Had a B20 in an EK with Type R trans, LS intake manifold and hy-tech header back in the early 00s and it was one of the best daily drivers I've ever built.

Oct 29, 2015 · b20 heads are not vtec. you'll need a b16 or b18 head for vtec. most exhaust manifolds will work, but some b16 specific ones are physically shorter and might not clear the oil pan.

Jun 9, 2009 · For B-Series into EK, you need the rear tranny mount and timing belt side block mount off the 99-00 Si. You can technically use a 90-93 block mount off a B18a1 into an EK, but it dosent line up perfectly.
