There're a manga called Ouke no Monshou, basically a modern girl was thrown back in time to Ancient Egypt and found herself on the political stage of 3 empire Egypt, Assyria and Babylon. The whole events is entirely fictional though, no one is based on real person.

Jan 9, 2022 · If you want something set in ancient Egypt, you might like Cleopatra, but there isn't much mythology in it. If you meant Greek mythology, I've heard that Ulysses 31 is good, but I haven't seen it. If you don't mind a non-anime recommendation, The Odyssey (1968) is by far the best Greek mythology adaptation that I've seen.
