EG 10 Tablet is used for: Allergic rhinitis, Allergic conditions, Chronic idiopathic urticaria. Oral Allergic conditions Adult: 10-20 mg once daily. Oral Allergic conditions Child: >6 yr: 5 mg once daily. May be taken with or without food. Hypersensitivity, cardiac arrhythmias.

Pharmacodynamic properties: EG, is a long-acting, non-sedating, second-generation histamine receptor antagonist that binds preferentially to peripheral H 1 receptors. It has antihistaminic, anti-allergic activity and prevents histamine-induced bronchoconstriction.
