Edward Percy Moran (1862–1935), sometimes known as Percy Moran, was an American artist known for his scenes of American history.

Percy Moran was the son of marine painter Edward Moran and nephew of the prominent landscape artist Thomas Moran. After studying art formally in Paris, New York, and Philadelphia, Percy opened his own studio in New York.

Edward Percy Moran was a painter and etcher. He studied under his father, Edward Moran, and also at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts with S. J. Ferris and the National Academy of Design. He had further four-year training in London and Paris and kept studios in New York and Long Island after returning to the United States.
