Zombies, or Zombehs as spelt in Eddsworld, are often featured in Edd's work. These characters first appeared on a small short uploaded to Newgrounds called Oh Noes Teh Zombehs, which eventually led to the monsters being added to Zombeh Attack.

Zombeh Attack (also known as Eddsworld Zombeh Attack or Zombeh Attack 1 and EWZA as its flash file name) is a flash animation by Edd Gould and is the first installment in the Eddsworld Zombeh Attack Trilogy. Released on Newgrounds on October 4, 2005, it was inspired by Evil Dead and Shaun of the Dead.

General Matthew "Zombeh Matt" Hargreaves is the main antagonist of the Zombeh Attack trilogy within the animated web series Eddsworld. He is actually Matt who was bitten by a Zombeh in the first part of the trilogy and soon became the leader of the Zombehs.
