Community shaders is a good project and it's performance friendly but it does not have all the features ENB has, if you don't mind sacrificing a little bit of visual quality it's a good alternative.

If you're not using that, NUT ENB + Desert Natural Weathers + Desert Natural Realism Weathers (just install it on top of the first one) is a really good looking combo.
