Dec 31, 2009 · The only difference between an E34 with DRLs and a E34 without DRLs is the relay...swap your headlight relay with a non-DRL headlight relay and you will bypass DRLs with no monkey business. There is no relay...thats why there is a diode.

Nov 13, 2013 · It is 100% possible to code DRLs in your 2004 6er. However it is limited to turning on your dipped headlights, you need the LM2 module in order to be able to choose which lights become your DRLs (eg Angel Eyes).

May 5, 2009 · Basically, I just ran two new plugs with a 5 amp inline fuse for each Angel Eye bulb powered with 12v+ from the battery and grounded to the chasis. I used a relay to switch 12v+ on and off with the key from a wire under the passanger side cabin filter where the ECU is.

Sep 22, 2012 · To have the proper DRL on a pre-LCI, your M will need to have be 2007 model (with build date of 10/06 or later) or change to light control module 2 (LM2). The light module is located in the driver side foot well area.
