Ye-152A [ edit ] The Mikoyan-Gurevich Ye-152A was a twin-engined version of the Ye-152, sharing its general layout but utilising two Tumansky R-11 afterburning turbojets mounted side by side in a revised rear fuselage.

1,1-Difluoroethane, or DFE, is an organofluorine compound with the chemical formula C 2 H 4 F 2. This colorless gas is used as a refrigerant, where it is often listed as R-152a (refrigerant-152a) or HFC-152a (hydrofluorocarbon -152a). It is also used as a propellant for aerosol sprays and in gas duster products.

E-152A. The Ye-152A was an abortive attempt to develop a usable production fighter from the Ye-150 experimental high-speed testbed aircraft.

E-152A aircraft participated at Tushino air parade on July 9, 1961. In NATO it has received the code name Flipper for the extended form of a tail part with the large ventral strakes.

Powered by two R-11F-300 engines each rated at 3900kg and 5740kg with afterburning, the Ye-152A was intended to carry the Uragan 5B radar accommodated in a large, fixed intake centrebody and a pair of MiG-developed K-9 (K-155) long-range beam-riding missiles.
