I’ve ridden both the drz400 and klx300, and in my opinion you’d probably be more comfortable on the drz. The drz does outperform on paper the KLX, but the design of the drz hasn’t changed in 20+ years. KLX has the advantage of 6 gears and Fuel Injection.

Dec 2, 2020 · There is far more potential in the Z mill which is basically preliminary architecture for the RMZ450. If you want to setup, you'll need to pony up for 450l or a euro bike. The small bore Honda and Kawasaki are more budget friendly bikes than anything else.
