Dru Gru, or simply Dru, is the twin brother of Felonius Gru and son of Robert and Marlena Gru, grandson of John Gru or Madeleine Gru and Henry Gru, Lucy Wilde's brother-in-law, and the adoptive paternal uncle of Margo, Edith, and Agnes.

Dru Gru is the deuteragonist of Illumination's 8th full length feature film Despicable Me 3 and a minor character in its 2024 sequel, Despicable Me 4. He is an amateur supervillain and the twin brother of Felonious Gru.

Dru's Mansion is a luxurious estate located in Freedonia, owned by Dru Gru. It appears in Despicable Me 3. The mansion was Robert Gru's base of operations and it contains all of his equipment. Everything was inherited by Dru after Robert's death.

A butler named Fritz arrives at Gru's home with an invitation from his long-lost twin brother Dru, who lives in a distant country named Freedonia. The family travels to meet Dru, and are surprised by his immense wealth and mansion.
