Drake Middle School is ranked within the top 20% of all public schools in Alabama. Serving 720 students in grades 6, this school is located in Auburn, AL.

Drake Middle School is a 6-8 middle school part of the Jefferson County Public School District. Drake carries an enrollment of roughly 950 students and is currently the largest middle school in Jefferson County.

A LEGACY LIVES ON: The rich history of J.F. Drake Middle School proudly carries into this new facility. As part of phase one on this campus, the new academic building opened on August 10. Construction does continue on this site as we prepare for the opening of a new kitchen, cafeteria, and arts building.
