Aug 6, 2023 · Downturn has a good camping spot and a jug killing spot to exploit, but it's still a hard map and there's no known reliable way of getting through it. Spawn kills are reliable for jug/chopper waves - but that doesn't extend to handling these waves afterwards.

Outside this war-torn Downturn map you will see a destroyed Manhattan covered with fallen skyscrapers and blown up buildings. Just outside the car filled street you can see a Burger Town sign; the restaurant has been destroyed but the sign is still intact.

Downturn is, in my opinion, one of the worst maps ever to appear in any CoD game...EVER. It's a cluster of clutter with no decent flow. Outpost is shit too, but at least I can discern enemy from pebble.

Jan 17, 2013 · I think Downturn is the closest map in the game to any MW2 map in that it's not entirely a cut-in-dry route map like so many MW3 maps turned out to be (Village, Hardhat, etc.), and that's why it's one of my favorites.
