Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz, often called "Doof" for short, is a fictional character from the American animated television series Phineas and Ferb and Milo Murphy's Law. He was created by Dan Povenmire and Jeff "Swampy" Marsh, and is voiced by Povenmire.

Dr. Doofenshmirtz creates a cartoon character called "Uncle Doof" that he hopes will captivate the youth of the Tri-State Area.
