Diamond is one of the two main antagonists (alongside Elio) of the 2023 science fantasy turn-based tactical role-playing video game Honkai: Star Rail. Diamond was a senior executive in the corrupt Interastral Peace Corporation who served as the head of the company's Strategic Investment Department.
