At 59.24 kilometres (36.81 mi), the Pink Line is the longest individual line in the Delhi Metro and in India, exceeding the length of the operational Blue Line (excluding its branch line). It is mostly elevated and covers Delhi in an almost U-shaped pattern.

Feb 17, 2023 · New Delhi: Delhi will soon have India's first ring metro, this corridor between Majlis Park and Maujpur will be finished by 2024. There will be a total of eight stations along this line. This metro line will likely be below a flyover and a road. Together with the ring road, there are already 36 metro stations in existence.

Jun 13, 2023 · The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has announced plans to extend the Pink Line by 12.55 kilometers.
