Jan 1, 2023 · It's extra seating. And i've done a bit of research whether the Range Rover Sport has extra third row seats and yes there is. The defender 110's short ass is ugly while the defender 130 is too long and I prefer the Range Rover sport's coupe like ass. Kind of like the Velar but I prefer the Range Rover Sport.

Oct 26, 2022 · I own both a 2020 RR Sport and 2022 Defender. Both are excellent cars. The Sport is hands down a more sporty and fun car to drive, HOWEVER this is based on the V8 engine which makes a huge difference in both the Sport and Defender. If it were me, I’d opt for a Sport V8 over a Defender as my daily if I had to choose.

A completely expected result from Motor Trend. Most of the objective attributes (except off-road clearance) went to the GX but the Defender feels better so it wins. Honestly I like the idea of the Defender too, but the objective attribute of "I can't afford the down time and repair bills" means it's not for me. Lexus has a winner here.

As an older Range Rover owner, I’m not a fan of the current one. I would probably choose the defender for the exterior look. I’m not a fan of the interior and the gear shift placement, so honestly I would buy the previous model Range Rover or probably the RR sport.

The reasoning could be as shallow as the look, but for some special editions, LRs and RRs have hit absolutely perfect on design, performance, engineering, off road capability, and fun factor.

May 4, 2017 · Last year I saw a Range Rover of that generation that was sitting suspiciously low, with an $18k asking price. "10-year-old Range Rover with Collapsed Air Suspension vs. Brand New Honda Fit EX 6MT" would be a video I'd watch.
