Jan 23, 2020 · -Fulton Mall in Brooklyn is more of a retail strip than a mall. It's a few blocks of stores along Fulton Street and it's not pedestrianized. -Similarly, I don't know if Gateway Center in Brooklyn should count. It's more of a massive shopping center than a mall. -You missed the new luxury mall at Hudson Yards in Manhattan.

Aug 29, 2018 · Parkway Mall in Saint John was decent and quiet for years after going belly up but now it's been converted into a couple call centres with a thrift shop and hardware store on the fringes. My cousin owned a lotto booth there a few years before the place died lol.

Sep 18, 2023 · Maybe not enough to save most of the dead and dying malls, but maybe with a combination of experiential stuff and some repurposing of the space, could have been saved. In the end, money talks. If it's a better option to rezone and redevelop, then that will happen.

Also look at store locators for stores typically in dead malls (Bath and Body, GNC, Burlington, etc).
