Nov 6, 2016 · Following A New Reign Beta, I wanted to quickly generate a whole bunch of different caves and quickly view the map, to observe the patterns in world generation. Even better if I could reveal the entire map not just for myself, but for other players on the server, too.

The Map shows Roads and Trails, as well as world objects such as the Wooden Thing or Maxwell's Door and built/crafted objects such as Backpacks and Farms. The map can be zoomed in for better detail, or out to see the entire world.

May 11, 2022 · Is there any new command how to do it? -Open Console Commands. Be sure the console says "REMOTE" when typing in this command. Game will lag for few seconds and afterwards entire map will be revealed. Dec 26, 2014 · It's a very simple mod revealing the entire map in the game, regardless of the level at which we find ourselves. Despite the simplicity makes it easy modding or just makes the game a lot easier. Mod has changed since the update 1.0. From now on, reveal map doesn't work automatically. Dec 3, 2020 · I'm planning to do a little science experiment soon where I need to generate a large number of worlds (I'm thinking 25-50) and examine the world generation. To save time, I would like a way to reveal the map quickly and easily. What commands could I use?

Does anyone knows codes to reveal the map? I tried using GetWorld().minimap.MiniMap:ShowArea(0,0,0,10000) and minimap = TheSim:FindFirstEntityWithTag("minimap") / minimap.MiniMap:ShowArea(0,0,0, 10000), but they don't work and I dont want to use mods to reveal the map.

Aug 17, 2015 · I know there is a console command to reveal the entire map, but is there one to hide it all again? Maybe :ClearRevealedAreas (), or :ClearRevealedAreas (true). I see that there are function called that but I'm a total noob at decompiling so I'm not sure what the arguments are.
