Mar 25, 2024 · Here's the schematic for the L250. I did a bi-amp version years ago of the Jubilee. Great speaker! And my own 4 way passive 155 kg each XXL JBL 250ti project. Wow! They look very interesting. What are those big spheres right in the middle for?

Feb 11, 2018 · I'm not sure of how different the L250 and 250ti crossovers are, so I may be able to convert my L250 crossovers, or it might just be easier to build a 250ti or ti bq crossover from scratch. Any opinions welcomed.

Mar 28, 2018 · Since I was unable to find any 250Ti crossovers to purchase, I decided to upgrade the L250 crossovers to 250Ti specs. It took me a couple of weeks to acquire the parts and working in my spare time to accomplish, but I am extremely pleased with the results.

Nov 2, 2011 · Here's what you can do: 1) Le5-11->104H/h2/h3 swap - I did this as my "first step" it's worth doing and the existing xover in the L250 will accomodate it fairly well. You may decide to stop here once you hear the difference. 2) 044->044Ti swap - this one needs the xover changed.

I recently inherited my father's JBL L250 speakers, the ones I grew up listening to in the 70's. In the 80's my parents had them painted black and now I want to restore them to their original natural wood finish.

Jun 12, 2018 · With my TI converted L250s, I ran a single MC2300 (300 watt) amp and they sounded great. I was blown away when I got another, and ran them as 600 watt mono blocks.

Sep 16, 2016 · These are the actual speakers, The four way ones on the right. Minus the 14" bass drivers that were off for a rebuild. The ones on the left are his L212 JBL's. Bass driver removed you can see the factory crossover.
