May 20, 2023 · I'm changing out the ac compressor and the oil requirement is dh-pr. I cannot find and cans of it online and after searching I keep coming up with pay 100. Anyone know if I can use pag as a replacement?

Aug 28, 2020 · I was wondering if there is any information regarding the type of PAG oil for the 2003 Forester XS. I know many Subaru's use PAG 100. I'm in the process of finding a good automotive A/c service shop to Evac my system so that I can replace all of the O rings.

Apr 28, 2014 · If your having a shop evac and recharge your ac system, I would not worry about pag oil amount. The ac machine they use will automatically add pag oil as needed depending on how much refrigerant is added to the system.

Jan 9, 2007 · I'm replacing the o-ring where the High Pressure line joins with the A/C compressor after we detected a leak at that spot. As far as underhood, it simply states "DH-PR". I've called the two local Subaru dealers, speaking directly to mechanics, who could only tell me to use PAG. It sure would be nice to see a documented recommendation somewhere.

Jul 26, 2015 · AC compressor squeaking, needs some oil, the manual calls for ZXL200PG. I've read that PAG 100 is a much less expensive substitute, has anyone here used it?

Jun 16, 2009 · I'm replacing the compressor on my 95 Impreza (1.8, AWD, Auto). The manual says use only Subaru DH-PR oil. I gave my local dealer a call and they of course knew nothing about it. The guy called up Subaru and they gave him a P/N for the oil and he said it claimed it was just PAG100. The compressor is a Calsonic, model CR-14 correct (P/N 73111FA100)?
