Aug 14, 2022 · First thing I see is that there is no tail attack written out. I ran a similarly adjusted Cryovain for a party of 3 level 6 characters. It was a good fight, but only because I rolled very well. I’d suggest giving him a use or two of Misty Step to get out of sticky situations.

Apr 7, 2020 · Chapter 7 of the Dungeon Master's Guide has a set of tables for random treasure. Since they're fighting a dragon, the treasure hoard table would be appropriate. Alternatively, if you don't have access to the DMG, you could just select a treasure - a set amount of coins, some item or items of value, and maybe a magic item or two.

At most I would consider buffing the dragon's hit points to 200 give Cryovain some mooks - ice mephits are a great suggestion because they're immune to Cryovain's cold attacks. I'd suggest 4 summoner variants because then you'll have a decent chance to proc summoning more to replace them as the party works through them.
