It's a 'large treasure' there are a couple. The chest is one, there's also a derketo cat idol and a dragon statue. The chest is worth 5000 when placed by your coffer. The coffer is the new purge mechanic, you fill it with gold and treasure (and place treasure around it) to increase your wealth.
