Bed strips are punched with square holes according to the original pattern. Each strip is 1 1/2″ wide and 18 gage thickness. Stainless steel is type 430, bright and slightly magnetic.

Bed wood is grooved, sanded, cut-to-size (same as the original) and ready-to-finish. Our show quality oak is kiln-dried with a thickness of 3/4″. Mounting holes need to be drilled by customer before installation.
