Oct 15, 2016 · All cars have their problem areas and now that the SS has been out for a few years, I'm wondering what sort of problem trends are showing up? For example, I had a 2006 GTO and the front strut mounts would collapse after a few years, rear springs would sag, early models had problems with water leakage, the 2004 drivetrain was weak, etc.

Apr 28, 2015 · Welcome to the forum draco m! The gas mileage on the SS isn't that great. The best I have ever gotten with mine is 18mpg with mixed city and hwy driving. Some people have reported to get 21-23mpg on road trips. One thing the SS is really good at is smiles per gallon.
