Feb 11, 2025 · DPR is excited to announce the release of its redesigned website, focused on a streamlined user experience, including easy to access information on pest management and our role in fostering sustainable pest management and regulating pesticides. This department-wide effort began in 2023.

We propose regulations to implement, interpret or make specific laws, to clarify existing laws and regulations, or to enhance protections for people and the environment. Each year, we release a calendar of planned, proposed, and in-progress regulatory changes.

DPR’s Product/Label Database contains information concerning all pesticide products registered in California. It includes registrant name and address, chemical ingredients, product names, site/pest category uses, pesticidal type, formulation code, registration status, dates, and other types of information. The California Pesticide Electronic Submission Tracking (CalPEST) system is a web-based software application designed to streamline DPR’s pesticide product registration process.
