Canmore Mountain Market only occur from May to October every Thursday 10am to 6 pm. We were there for the sledge dog tour and we bump into this market. Can believe at the mountain town like this has a decent farmer market. Although is only about three blocks, they have quite a unique vendors.

The Canmore Mountain Market has been a summer tradition in Canmore for over twenty years, operating every Thursday from 10 AM – 6 PM from May to October. Visitors and locals are treated to an excellent selection of locally and regionally produced items, including fresh fruits and vegetables, meats, jams, coffee and baked goods.

We happened to be visiting Canmore on a Thursday and were pleasantly surprised to see the market stalls! It's compact but there are just enough vendors selling a good variety of crafts, clothing, food and fresh produce. Loved poking around here …
