And Rhysand is a Welsh name, so I've always imagined night court to have similar culture to Wales in some respects and that they would celebrate it as so. The ToG version is Beltane, which is the Gaelic equivalent of Calan Mai (like both are held on May 1st and involve much of the same kind of (fire-based) celebration).
