Aug 24, 2014 · Now I'm not a gun expert but based on what I can find on the internet the FY-JS Is actually just a re-name for the CS-LR3, the CS-LR4 obviously being a varient of the same rifle. I think the only difference IRL is that the CS-LR3 is chambered to use Chinese 5.8X42mm rounds while the CS-LR4 uses 7.62x51mm NATO rounds.

Feb 24, 2014 · In conclusion, due to the CS-LR4's bullet drop of almost exactly 100 meters per mildot, it's incredibly easy to land precise headshots on targets that are hundreds of meters away. Just find out the distance and aim accordingly, 1 big line per hundred meters and 1 small line per 50 meters (and everything in between) - it's as easy as that.

The FY-JS shares the low-gravity model of the SRR-61, as well as having the third highest muzzle velocity out of any sniper (bested only by the Scout Elite and then the M98b). It also features the fastest tactical reload of any sniper (tied with CS-LR4) so this weapon is clearly geared to play aggressive and up-close.

Apr 9, 2015 · Actually the CS-LR4 has a higher minimum damage, that is all, the FY-JS damage drop off goes further, has a slightly higher fire rate, and way less bullet drop. The two rifles are identical in all other ways

The larger / more solid pattern suggests that they're all wearing the same standard issue Type-21 Tundra camo, Type-19s (which have been completely retired since early 2023) are easily identifiable from their smaller digital patterns similar to the Russian EMR.
