If you’re using the reflex sight then pair it with the foregrip like COD4. You’re right about the laser. For the fore-grip, I think you’re mistaking it with the M4A1 Suppressed?

This mod adds the M4A1 SOPMOD from Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare into S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Chernobyl.

The COD 4 uses an RIS rail system that fits in where the typical plastic round hand guards are on a stock M4A1. These are free-floating rail systems that replace the typical delta ring and bolt together at the barrel but and sit flush with the receiver to create a continuous top rail.

The M4A1 is featured in both Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. It has a moderately high rate of fire and has low recoil and moderate to low damage.
