Burnie Park. Just about every town and city has a park where one can go to relax and enjoy a little 'quiet time', but few are as pretty and enjoyable as Burnie Park, just west of the city centre on the highway.

Burnie Park. A 1.4 km walk from the city centre, Burnie Park fetures a pleasant walk through the manicured gardens and lawns, as well as a walking trail through a strip of remnant forest to Oldaker Falls.

Burnie Park is a lovely find very close to the town centre. It has a great children’s playground and massive green spaces for children to let off steam. The highlight is the Oldaker Waterfall which is situated at one end of the park.

Oldaker Falls is a small waterfall situated on the southern end of Burnie Park, a public park with magnificent facilities, playgrounds, gardens, and lawns. The park has car parking which is only accessible between dawn and dusk.
