Saiki (斎祀 サイキ) is a character from The King of Fighters series. He debuted in The King of Fighters XIII as the main antagonist and sub-boss, as well as the leader of Those from the Past. His official nickname is " The One who Rules Time " (時間 とき を 統 す べるもの).

The boss version of Saiki, which shall hereafter be referred to as EX Saiki, is the sub-boss of the game. He possesses an almost entirely different moveset than his unlockable counterpart. He has several different kinds of fireballs, for example.

He is the final boss of XIII and the alternate form of Ash after he absorbed the dark powers of Saiki (After his defeat), This incident caused the powerful influence of Saiki to take control and merge with Ash to form a single entity.
