- Made sure that the computer can be detected (in the bluetooth settings) - Changed the Bluetooth Support Service to start automatically (instead of manually), then restarted it. I made sure to restart the computer after each of these changes, too. I've combed the headphones' manual to see if laptops require a special procedure but it doesn't.

My problem is that my wireless bluetooth headphones do not show, not in the Bluetooth menu, and not in the "connect" menu in action center. This is strange because the headphones work well on my phone and other devices, and my phone connects to the PC just fine as well.

May 10, 2022 · Recently I had updated to Windows 11 and after that I have started facing issue of cracking noise from my Bluetooth earphones. This issue was not there in windows 10. I have no issues pairing and connecting my headphones through Bluetooth (settings show that voice and audio is connected). But once I play a video on YouTube or something on Netflix, the audio works for about 5 seconds before dropping out completely.

You can buy a pair with a removable cable that just plugs into the headphones so it's easily replaced for $10. the same stuff they use in pro studios.

Oct 5, 2023 · I first go into Bluetooth and Devices. Then click on View more devices. Then scroll down and click on More Devices and Printer Settings. Then I right click on my headphones icon and go to Properties. Then go to the Services tab and Uncheck the Handsfree Telephony option. After unchecking this, my headphones work in MS Teams!!
