Dr. Fuimaono successfully performed the Heimlich maneuver on a student choking in the lunchroom.

The Blue Springs HS Football Team defeated crosstown rival Blue Springs South 35-17 at Peve Stadium last Friday night. Quarterback Chase Donohoe had one of the best games of his career throwing for 2 touchdowns and 148 yards on 9 of 10 passing.
