The easiest way to access the Mods folder of your game is to go into BG3 Mod Manager, select the Go tab in the top left, and then select Open Mods Folder. This will open directly to the Mods folder in your file explorer.

Deleted the mod manager, deleted the mods, deleted anything involving mod files in Appdata/Local/Larian Studios/BG3, and also potentially anything in the steamapps/common/BG3 folder that's mod related, then verified my installation files.
