My day job was a little crazy/stressful and I’ve been feeling so tired that bedtime just can’t come fast enough. The only thing keeping me moving has been my coffee addiction. My favourite afternoon treat is this Iced Mint Mocha.

Dec 31, 2018 · Instructions. Peel the orange and place all ingredients in the blender. Blend until you have fully broken down the spinach and frozen banana. If your blender isn't as powerful as a Vitamix or Blendtec then you may want to try blending the spinach and milk first and then add the remaining ingredients.

Instructions. Toss cubed sweet potato with olive oil, spices, garlic and chipotle puree. Place in a glass baking dish or on parchment on metal baking sheet and bake at 425 for 25-30 minutes.

Instructions. Toss the cherry tomatoes in olive oil and spice mixture; Spread on baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees Celsius for 15-20 mins; Slice 1-2 oz of goat cheese from the log and roll in cajun spice.

Sep 24, 2023 · Make Berry Beet Juice in a blender! I was provided with a Personal Cup Adaptor by Vitamix for review and recipe development purposes. All thoughts and opinions expressed are my own. Berry Beet Juice is an accurate name for today’s recipe but in our house, we just refer to it as the “best red juice” ever. I am a beet lover as many of you know and love that I can blend them raw in my Vitamix.
