The name "behelit" probably comes from the word "beherit", which is according to wikipedia the Syriac word for Satan. So probably similarly to Ganishka-Kanishka and Gaiseric-Genseric, Miura took a real existing name/word and changed a letter or two in order to make it his own, while preserving the meaning behind it.

Some people carry behelits around but never get past the door as some specific conditions must be met for entry and they're not on the guest list.

The behelit allows the user to commune with the godhand / god in the astral realm who offers to make them an apostle. Im assumimg the tears and crying are a reflection of the users desperation when they activate the behelit. I believe this video dives into it a little bit
