Apr 10, 2008 · The iris that pestee has looks like the authentic tall bearded iris. I'm not sure where Molino, Florida, is but you may be more solidly in Zone 8b. That would help with growing the tall bearded iris. I'm right on the borderline of Zone 8b/9a in Jacksonville and the summers may be too hot for the iris here.
