• BSH Home Appliances Corporation has opened its recently expanded dishwasher manufacturing facility in New Bern, N.C. • The $32 million, 100,000-square-foot-expansion gives BSH a larger footprint for manufacturing and operations to support future growth.

The Giengen site, BSH's oldest production location, has been in existence since 1944. Founded by the then Bosch subsidiary Sundgau Maschinenbau GmbH, cooling appliances have been produced in Giengen since 1949.

BSH Hausgeräte GmbH, with a total turnover of some EUR 15.6 billion and 62,000 employees in 2022, is a global leader in the home appliance industry. The company’s brand portfolio includes eleven well-known appliance brands like Bosch, Siemens, Gaggenau and Neff as well as the ecosystem brand Home Connect and service brands like Kitchen Stories.

In 2002, BSH began the largest factory overhaul undertaken by the company up to that point. A new laundry care and a new free-standing cooker factory were constructed from scratch.

Jan 16, 2025 · A new small household appliance factory for BSH in Poland! BSH is taking another big step. A new factory will be built in Rudna Wielka near Rzeszów, to which we will move the production of vacuum cleaners and capsule coffee machines from the current nearby location.
