The Bangkok BRT is a bus rapid transit system in Bangkok, Thailand that consists of one line connecting Sathorn with Ratchaphruek. The 16 kilometres (9.9 mi) route has 14 stations in the centre of the road that give at grade access to the right hand side of the buses.

The BRT currently consists of one line that travels from Sathorn close to Chong Nonsi BTS station, along the sharp bend of the Chao Phraya river to Ratchapruek station. Up until January 2011 the fare has been 10 baht per ride.

Each end of the line is connected to the BTS at Chong Nonsi station in Sathorn, close to the Mahanakhon Tower and Talat Phlu for Ratchapruek. This bus system, which was almost stopped in 2017, still works and allows you to easily reach the amazing temple Wat Pariwat.

Currently the Sathorn – Ratchaphruek line links to the Silom line of the skytrain at S3 Chong Nonsi and S10 Talat Phlu. These custom-built air-conditioned buses run on dedicated bus lanes on the outer lanes of the road. The buses stop at specially designed platforms.
